Dillan graduated with high honors in Accounting from Florida State University. He received a scholarship to Stetson Law, where he graduated with honors, earning both an MBA and a Juris Doctor. His time at law school was enriched with practical experience through internships at the City Attorney's Office in St. Petersburg and the County Attorney's Office in Pinellas County. This solid foundation in accounting, business, and law, coupled with firsthand insights into land use and municipal government, equips Dillan to adeptly manage complex real estate developments.
